By booking a consultation or placing an order through our website, WhatsApp, or phone, you agree to this policy.

1. Online Consultation Fees

  • All consultation fees must be paid in advance through our approved payment methods.
  • Once the online consultation process has commenced, consultation fees are non-refundable.
  • Consultation fees cover the doctor’s professional time, medical evaluation, case-taking, and treatment planning.

2. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Patients may request to reschedule an appointment before the scheduled consultation time by contacting us through WhatsApp, phone, or email.
  • Rescheduling requests are subject to the doctor’s availability.
  • Missed appointments without prior notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

3. Homeopathic Medicine Orders

  • Homeopathic medicines are prescribed and prepared specifically for each individual patient based on their consultation.
  • Once medicine preparation or dispatch has started, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
  • Medicines cannot be exchanged unless an error has occurred on our part.

4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Medicines

  • If you receive:

    • a damaged package,
    • incorrect medicine,
    • missing medicine, or
    • medicines damaged during transit,

    please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending clear photographs of the package and medicines via WhatsApp or email.

    After verification, we may arrange a replacement where applicable.

5. Shipping Policy

  • We dispatch medicines as quickly as possible after consultation.

    Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

    • Courier partner
    • Destination
    • Weather conditions
    • Public holidays
    • Customs clearance
    • Government regulations

    The clinic is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. International Orders

  • We deliver prescribed homeopathic medicines across India.

    International delivery is available only where permitted under the applicable laws and import regulations of the destination country.

    Patients are responsible for:

    • complying with their country’s import regulations,
    • obtaining any required permissions,
    • paying customs duties, taxes, import charges, or handling fees imposed by local authorities.

    If customs authorities refuse, delay, or confiscate a shipment due to local regulations, Dr. Anupriya Homeopathy Clinic shall not be liable for refunds, replacements, or compensation.

7. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

    • Duplicate payment due to technical error.
    • Payment received but consultation could not be provided due to a verified clinic-side issue.
    • Other exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Dr. Anupriya Homeopathy Clinic.

    Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

8. Non-Refundable Services

  • The following are non-refundable:

    • Completed online consultations.
    • Consultation fees after the consultation process has started.
    • Personalized homeopathic medicines once prepared.
    • Medicines already dispatched.
    • Courier charges.
    • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

9. Force Majeure

  • Dr. Anupriya Homeopathy Clinic shall not be responsible for delays or inability to provide services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

    • Natural disasters
    • Floods
    • Earthquakes
    • Pandemics
    • Government restrictions
    • War
    • Internet outages
    • Courier disruptions
    • Customs delays
