Dr. Anupriya Sharma (BHMS) provides teleconsultation and online online homeopathic consultation based entirely on the case history and symptoms shared by the patient via WhatsApp, phone call, or our online form.
Online consultations are meant for chronic and non-emergency acute conditions. If you are facing a severe medical emergency, you are advised to immediately visit a local hospital or physical emergency care unit.
Online consultations are based on the medical history, symptoms, and information provided by the patient. They do not replace emergency medical care, physical examination, or diagnostic investigations where clinically required.

To receive the most effective and customized homeopathic medicine, patients must provide complete, accurate, and honest details about their current symptoms, past medical history, lifestyle, and ongoing treatments. The clinic is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or withheld medical information.

Consultation fees and medicine charges must be paid in advance through our approved payment methods.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation process has commenced. Medicine orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after the medicines have been prepared or dispatched.

We deliver prescribed homeopathic medicines across India. International shipping is available only to countries where the import of homeopathic medicines is permitted under applicable local laws and regulations. Patients are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country’s import requirements before placing an order.
While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays, customs inspections, import restrictions, confiscation, or delivery failures caused by local authorities, customs regulations, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control. Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
